small room paper-thin walls
The staff seemed helpful enough with directions, so that was acceptable.
The room I got was smaller than expected. I barely fit my luggage. Paying extra for 'amenities' like water and a snack seemed ridiculous. The walls were paper-thin, I heard street noise and other guests all night.

pineapple paradise!
central location pineapple cookies
i was so happy with the central location. it was an easy walk to many tourist spots, and a monorail was nearby! the free core drink and delicious pineapple cookies each day really enhanced my stay (i love pineapple!).
i had to request a refrigerator for my room, a bit of an inconvenience. i wish it was standard!

The fitness center includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. It also features a water cooler and complimentary towels. there is also a game room with board games and video game consoles, perfect for winding down after a long day of exploring (or maybe even before!).

the modern room featured bright decor and comfortable bedding i appreciated the convenient downtown location a short walk away from many attractions the staff offered helpful advice and assistance with luggage storage the hotel's game room was a clean inviting space to relax
the absence of a mini fridge in the room initially required a request for one delaying immediate storage of groceries

the lobby features bright artwork and uniquely themed walls the location is central with easy access to the space needle pike street market and the chihuly exhibition loan bikes were a nice option for exploring the surrounding areas

the staff provided excellent service they were helpful with directions and stored luggage for two days after checkout they promptly delivered a fridge to the room upon request ensuring all grocery storage needs were met efficiently

lobby games refillable water bottle great location tv connection creepy lighting run down hotel
the lobby features games and snacks. i also received a refillable water bottle with a station in the lobby, it had coffee, tea, and cookies! the location is great for walking around the city.
The tv kept losing connection. it was hard to watch anything without interference. the lighting was a bit creepy in the common spaces and the room. It felt off-putting when arriving late at night. the hotel felt a little run down overall.

street noise unusable bicycles
The staff was friendly and helpful at check-in, providing useful information about the area.
The room I received was disappointing. The noise from the street made sleeping difficult even on an upper floor. The promised bicycle rentals were in poor condition, essentially unusable for exploring.
